Silken FeelTM Wax (M102)
is used as a lubricant in aluminum can forming operations. The physical properties that lend themselves to this application include the melting range, low COF, and surface wetting capabilities. This wax will help to insure efficient line speeds and lower machine wear as a result of these properties. Application of this product can be done manually because of its paste like consistency, or sprayed under molten conditions. M102 meets FDA 21 CFR 172.880.
